Readiness Tests

The Readiness Test is a challenging course. It is designed to ensure that all of our coaches have the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to begin their LTA Instructor qualification.

If you currently hold, or have held, a rating of 7.1 or higher, you are not required to complete a Readiness Test. All of those who have not been awarded this rating are required to complete the course.

The course consists of seven video tasks which can be uploaded to YouTube on an unlisted channel. This allows everyone with the video link to view the video, and thus assess each candidate.
