Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at cdc@wedotennis.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We have to manually add learners to LTA Learn. We typically complete this process within a week of your booking. If you do not have access to LTA Learn and your course commences in less than a week, please contact cdc@wedotennis.co.uk and we will add you at the earliest opportunity.

If you need help finding a venue to complete your work experience , we can help by finding a venue/coach near you. We have a large network of coaches and venues so will try to support finding you where possible. Contact cdc@wedotennis.co.uk if this applies to you.

If you cannot find your First Aid or Safeguarding certificate after completing your course with us, then you will need to contact the LTA’s Customer Service Team. When a course concludes, we send your result to the LTA directly. Please make sure that you share the course date and provider (We Do Tennis) in your message and the LTA will get back to you as quickly as possible.

If you do not have an LTA DBS and you are commencing on an LTA Assistant course, you will need a signed Letter of Deployment by an Accredited coach at the venue where you plan to complete your experience hours. You can find your Letter of Deployment on LTA Learn once you have booked the course. If you have any issues finding this document, you can also download it by clicking here.

We offer some discounts for select groups.
